ABOUT THE COMPOSER
rayarr, (viz Prashant Pillai) who is a certified Sound Engineer, from SAE Technology College, has composed this theme song for the Autorickshaw challenge. He has had the privilege to work with the legendary music composer “A.R.Rahman” at his studios in Chennai. For the past 5 years he has been composing music along with his sister Preeti for ad films, documentaries, and short films. The popularity of his music is so widely reached, that he has had airplays on many a radio fm stations in USA and UK, and has been the most downloaded artist on download.com
The city has a thriving Tamil film industry, rivalling Bollywood in scale and surpassing it in opulence.
Chennai is also one of the undercelebrated successes of software development in India. It has also, in the past few years, become a car-manufacturing hub, drawing inevitable comparisons with Detroit.
